J was home for week 4 and we went out to eat ALL THE TIME. Obviously, I didn't do so well. Plus with an 8 pound weight loss the week before I was pretty sure that some of it was going to come back. So, here you go: I gained back 4 pounds.
During week 5, J was gone again for half of it. After he left, I ate so so. Didn't eat out, but didn't really worry too much about how much I was eating. There was definitely more snacking. So I lost 0.5 pounds. Not great but it's better than gaining I suppose.
Week 6 I started watching my food better. I didn't keep track of my calories, just tried to make better choices. I also started to exercise more. Not enough, but more. I lost 4.5 pounds. So I have fixed the damage from when J was home and after 3 weeks I am really only down 1 pound.
This week I am still trying to make healthier choices and will be doing much better in the exercise department. Last night I did week 2, day 3 of the couch to 5K program. I need to do the next workout tomorrow. I have dinner plans with a friend so I need to either get up early in the morning and do it before work or go right away after work. I'm gonna set my alarm for 4:45 am - I've done this a few times and never gotten up. We'll see!
Overall, I have lost 27 pounds. Almost to 30! If I can lose 3 pounds this week I will hit 30 pounds and be in the 240's!

You have officially stolen my scale bc our weigh Ins are almost exactly the same and our starting weight is!!
